Most definitely. I never feel 'stranded' if I have auto problems because AAA is always a phone call away. I like the service where they call frequently to let you know approximate time of arrival so you can be at your car when they arrive if the weather is bad while you wait indoors. Thanks AAA
Anyone else? I'd really appreciate your feedback.

I've been a member of AAA for 34 years and it's been worth every penny...through the battery chargings, the car towings, the savings on theater tickets, hotel and car rental discounts. I've recommended AAA to all my friends and will continue to do so.

I recommended AAA to my dearest friend last night, as a matter of fact! I explained the membership benefits and gave my (and my family's) experiences with service calls. I told her membership was one thing I wouldn't do without, and that I was so grateful to have AAA behind me for emergency situations, and how appreciative I was of the fact I was always asked if I was in secure surroundings. I also told her how helpful AAA always is when I'm planning my family vacations and even day trips. I recommended membership very highly.

For anyone who does any traveling at all, as a member I would highly recommend AAA membership. Presenting your AAA card is just like presenting a credit card. Everyone is familiar with the card and there's never any hesitation or question about it, It's accepted and the appropriate discount is applied immediately. Online transactions are the same by typing your membership number where appropriate. If your vehicle fails you, AAA is on the scene with no drama! Being in possession of the AAA membership card is a very secure feeling and the rewards are amazing!

The incredible discounts AAA offers. It is not just for road service anymore. The insurance, pharmacy and all the other discounts AAA offers more than pays for my membership each year! Thanks AAA.

Though there are several reasons that I would recommend AAA to my friends. Travel savings on hotels and transportation are important to me. I travel 20 to 25 times a year and I save a significant amount of money for my employer.

Of course I would. Telling a Friend would be like introducing a Friend to a Friend(AAA)! I have been a member for many years now and AAA is LOYAL like a friend; Answers the phone FAST like a friend; Is ON TIME with HELP like a friend; and CARES about your problem like a friend! Hey ...AAA is a FRIEND!

Regarding the positive side, I can tell for sure I undoubtedly recommend AAA to my family and friends. I have not had to use it much for car emergencies for myself but it has helped me help friends and family members with theirs. I also love the great deals I have got for the theme parks and the possibility to purchase movie tickets in advance at a discounted price.
On the negative side, my main concern has always been with the schedule of your locations. I once recommended you to open on Saturdays at least half a day and for a while you did, which was great. Every time I went to your offices on those days, there were more people than when I have gone during the weekdays, because it is convenient for the people who work on regular business hours. Unfortunately, it was nice while it lasted but all of a sudden, the Saturday schedule was cancelled, which makes it difficult for me to stop by the offices, especially since there are not much of them to choose from.
