To gwheatle,

Hang in there. It will get better. One of my sons has been out of work for 6 months. It's rough, very rough !  Keep plugging away and take the good with the bad. Bless you and keep your head up !

My New Year's Resolution

I will get out of debt and be wiser with money in general - diversifying my investments, eating at home more, etc..  I will be more active - going for walks at least daily.  .  I will involve my daughter more in what I am doing, whether cooking, paying bills, etc.  I will be more patient and understanding of those around me, both strangers and loved ones alike.

2010 Best Year Ever

My plan for 2010 is to continue to support my son as he navigates his college career and course work.

New Year

Hello, 2010 !!! This year I will travel more and see some of the sights I have wanted to see for the past 10 years. We all know how precious time is and it is not slowing down!!!  I also plan to enjoy more of what life has to offer, after all, I'm alive and doing well!!!

Hi Rhonell,

Go for it! We've been to 44 states and  about 15 countries. We're not rich but we manage to travel whenever we can, and where ever we can. Life is too short to just sit back and watch the world go by. We find other cultures and people fasinating, and we come away with a better understanding of their way of life, and how lucky we are, in some cases, to live in America.

To PaxBovis,

Vacations ARE to have fun, but, they are also to relax, forget about your problems, work, etc., and to reflect on the good fortune that we can go on vacations.  Make the most of vacations you go on to love those you are with, family and friends. ENJOY!!!
