When traveling to any destination please be sure to respect the locals and their land. I live in Florida and we see millions of tourists each year. It's our industry and our livelihood. The influx of people does interrupt our daily lives considerably, but we don't mind as long as you respect that we also have to live here. Pick up your trash, be patient(a good traveler is a patient one), treat the people who serve you with respect as well. You'll have a much more pleasant vacation. Things can go awry, have a backup plan. And, lastly, the citizens of Florida have no control over the weather! :-) P.S. USE SUNSCREEN!!
